Great spa pool and gaming room

The outdoor spa pool and the gaming room were awesome. Loved the spa tub in the room too. Breakfast was good with good coffee provided. The tofu pudding during tea time is fantastic too.

Location wise a bit further from the main stretch but its a nice walk. Room is a bit small hence if you have bigger luggages you wont have much space.

Great place to stay and enjoy the private hot spring bath.

It is clean and the quality of the amenities are good. Comes with carbonator water dispenser on one level. The hotel breakfast has quite good selection. It has a games room with arcade and games console.

There are 2 buildings so if you are allocated in the 2nd building you will be exposed to weather elements during check in or check out. Property is in a quiet area so will have to walk 5-10 minutes to main street with shops. There is a family mart across the property, less than 50m.

Hotel is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast quality exceeded our expectations.

The bunk bed is definitely the highlight for my kid. As for the adults, breakfast exceeded our expectations.

Good value for the stay

Location is near downtown Jiaoxi, a short drive away. The public hot springs facilities were great, especially because there was a kids playground slide in a shallow hot springs pool for the kids. The play room for the kids with PS4 racing seats, switch, and games were fun for the kids. The treehouse room was also a hit with the kids. Breakfast and free afternoon snack (in the same restaurant) were both good.

Wish there was better service regarding disruptions: on the first night, our electronic door lock was out of commission, so we waited for ~30 mins for staff to open the door (luckily our family has another room next door with the cousins, so we waited there). Then we had to switch to a nearby room with a working door lock, which took another ~20 mins to move everything. We were already late trying to get my kid started with the bedtime routine. The door lock issue delayed my kid's bedtime. I complained to the hotel regarding how this impacted my son's bedtime schedule, but I don't think she understood the importance. For the inconvenience, the hotel staff gave me a bag of small toiletries and two rubber balls for kids. Certainly didn't make me feel better about the trouble we went through.

Wonderful

it is very close to the hot spring street/ park. So it seems like it is easy to find food. (We have two babies so we stay in hotel for dinner but I hear many people head out to eat). It is not a big hotel but definitely enough to let the whole family to have some great fun time. The kids play room is good. The family room is a bit squeezy when you have a baby crib in there, but once you combine the two large beds together, big enough to have 3 adults + 2 babies sleep on it comfortably. The bathtub is huge that the whole family can enjoy the hot spring together. The restaurant is very baby friendly with all the kids utensils putting at the obvious spot for parents to take.

The baby crib boundary is a bit weak that baby can still stick her feet out of the crib. So at the end we use it as a safety guard on the bed side and let baby sleep on the bed with us. The buffet dinner is a bit disappointed although there is some dishes which particularly special and tasty (e.g. duck meat pizza, and hand made bear etc.) The entertainment building is at building 2 and restaurant is at building 1. Although the two buildings are only 30 sections apart by walking, it is still a hazel travel with two babies especially in colder weather + construction right across the street + smoker outside the building.

The personnel was not able to process my Eurocard for the payment (as they set it up with contactless instead of chip and pin) was not accepted. I will never go back to this place. Very expensive for the value.

The facilities are good for the kids.
